Thought we’d try some different recipes over the next few days, and so before I did the big shop earlier in the week I looked through some books/magazines that have become favourites. I came across this recipe with a post-it note on the page that sayd “Try this one – Judith liked it”. I won the book from Octopus Books a while back – both Judith and I did, and it’s definitely several months since I was told it was one to give a go! Oops… anyway, it was very good!
