This afternoon we made cakes. I don’t remember ever making fairy cakes before but I probably have done years ago. We used a “my first cake mix” box which I got from Tesco – you know, just add an egg etc. We made 12 mini cakes – teeny weeny ones, very cute – and topped them with butter icing and milkybar buttons.

That’s really sad that you don’t remember ever making proper fairy cakes. Go on get a recipe and make some proper ones as part of your challenges!
