Simply Beach

The people at Simply Beach contacted me recently and suggested I had a look at their website.  I was already aware of what they do (I follow them on twitter) but have never purchased anything from them… yet…

Simply Beach describe themselves as “the ultimate one-stop, online designer beachwear shop”.  They launched in the summer of 2006, following the success of their original site simplyscuba.com, which opened back in 1995.  They are linked with other sites like Simply Swim, Simply Hike, Simply Piste and Simply Sweat – all offering branded clothing, equipment and accessories for relevant sports and activities.

Personally when it comes to swim and beach wear I’m all about the surf/board brands like Animal and Roxy, both of which are available on this site (my fav bikini I’ve got at the mo is Mantaray by Debenhams).  There are also ranges from Protest and Seafolly, two other casual-style brands… and many others too (the image to enlarge):

I particularly like this bikini – it’s Seafolly Carnaby Halter Bra and Hipster.  It’s £80 for the set and would look great on any sunkissed beach this summer.

If you’re anything like me, though, you’ll also want a cover-up to go with it… How about this Seafolly Spring Carnival Ditsy Day Kaftan, £74 – perfect for slipping on over your bikini for a wander around the beach-front shops or to sit in for lunch.

And it’s not just clothing either – Simply Beach have ranges of hats, bags and shoes so you can get everything you need for your holiday from the one place.

One of the things I particularly like about the site is the ability to shop by brand, product, price, colour, popularity, size and newest first… so if you’re sure of what you want before you start shopping (if you’re being picky!!), you’ll be able to find it without having to trawl through the whole range.

But just in case you’ve got no idea what you want apart from “something for the beach”, you can choose to browse through the whole range of bikinis, swimsuits and tankinis, cover-ups and beach wear.

There are so many nice pieces on this website, if only I was going on a sun holiday this year… !
