When you go to a friend’s house for a Clothes Swish, what snacks to you take to share?
(If you’re wondering, a Swish is a clothes swapping party – the lovely Michelle started running them when I had a hand in challenging her to go a full year without buying any new clothes. They’re great fun!)
The last time I went to one I took along the new range of Nibnibs – little pots of savoury snacks perfect for sharing with friends on a Friday evening.
The little straw-like nibbles in the red pots are available in Cheddar Cheese, Cheddar and Spicy Chilli, and Cheddar and Onion. They are full of cheese flavour and seemed to go down well amongst my friends. A little word of warning – the chilli ones do have a really decent kick, which I loved but some people didn’t!
By far the most popular in the range were the Roasted Salt and Pepper Jumbo Peanuts, in the purple pot. Perhaps not as jumbo as they could have been, the flavour was absolutely lovely and they were so moreish – we could have eaten a pot three or four times the size!
