It’s Sunday so it must be time for another episode of my weekly vlog. We’re on episode nine now – the weeks are going so fast!
The highlight of my week was definitely my road trip down to Southampton to meet friends for tea. The 400 mile round trip was actually very enjoyable, and for very good reason. I was able to take a walk along the river as the sun set and watch the fishermen catch their dinner, it was bliss. And of course I got to see some friends I hadn’t seen in ages – I do love living in Lincolnshire but I do feel a long way from anywhere! Other than that, especially during the working part of the week, I found I had very little energy and was a bit mopey (sorry!). I did manage to cook dinner every night (the vlog features gammon hash, enchiladas and veggie chilli), and had a shopping fail and a moan about skinny jeans.
While I’m here I want to ask you a question about my weekly vlogs. Is Saturday to Friday okay with you? Or would you prefer Monday to Sunday or Tuesday to Monday? Or something else? Let me know.
Oh and another question – which other weekly vlogs (or daily vlogs, or irregular vlogs) do you enjoy watching? I’m loving a handful of other vloggers at the moment and I’d love to discover a few more. Especially if they feature the outdoors, travel and/or adventure. Tell me who you watch and I’ll go and check them out.

It’s funny to hear that people watch my vlog at the gym! I went to Eastleigh for tea but also had time to walk along Weston Shore which was lovely. A very flying visit just a few hours.
