One of my favourite meals to cook and eat is fajitas. Quick and easy and so very tasty. We haven’t had them for ages so we had them this evening… chicken with onion, red pepper, orange pepper and baby button mushrooms, served in wraps with soured cream and cool salsa. No cheese to top the fajitas or home made spicy wedges coz we’re trying to be good!
