Am away in London on a course at the moment so am checked into a hotel for the night. And rather than hit the shops I decided to go to the gym. I must be mad!!
With only about a week left of my 100-mile challenge I had 29 miles left, a figure that was getting me down. But today I did 13 (in 53 mins) so that’s now down to a more doable 16 miles left. I won’t have time til Monday now so I’ll have 5 days to finish – I feel much more positive about completing my personal challenge.
