Recently I won a bar of chocolate from Devnaa, a confectioners inspired by Indian flavours.
The chocolate I was sent was a bar of Dark Chocolate with Almonds and Honey, and it was absolutely gorgeous.
The chocolate was really lovely and was obviously good quality – 60% cocoa solids so a really good deep flavour. It had small pieces of almond mixed throughout the chocolate, which gave the bar some crunch, and while the chocolate didn’t have a strong taste of honey the use of it did make it really smooth and gave it a lovely sweetness.
If you have an opportunity to try some Devnaa chocolate you definitely should… I can absolutely recommend it.
