I’ve started playing netball after work on a Tuesday. I haven’t played since school but I remember enjoying it so I thought I’d go for a laugh and some exercise. It certainly is lots of fun but it’s a lot more intense on the legs than I remember! Lots of sprinting, jumping, changing of direction. And of course lots of throwing and catching too.
