Yesterday a good Welsh friend of mine posted a photo on facebook of the Welsh cakes she’d made for her work colleagues. I wish I worked with her still! But as I had today off I decided to try and make my own. Here they are… not quite as easy as biscuits, but still easy and very tasty.
