After the wedding yesterday we had to return my other half’s top hat and tails to Moss Bros in Epsom, and discovered the most amazing Farmer’s Market we’ve seen in a long time. Fresh fish, seafood, meat, veg, cakes, olives, cheeses – a sight for the eyes and the tastebuds. We ended up bringing away a pork and apple pie, the strongest mature cheddar I’ve ever tasted, some lemon sherbert drink and some flaxjack.
The flaxjacks are obviously flapjacks with a twist – made using linseed meal which is incredibly good for you. Have a look at the Flax Farm website – I chose Cranberry, Apple and Cinnamon, and my other half chose the Golden Vanilla. Oh and we got a Chocolate Tiffin one to share too!
