The Bakers Pantry Luxury Biscuit Club is a monthly subscription biscuit delivery service that aims to help you find the best biscuit in Britain. We’re not talking hobnobs and custard creams here, but quality farm-made biscuits from farms all over Britain. These are biscuits chosen by the people at Bakers Pantry, ordered direct from the various farms, and then packaged and sent to you by courier once a month so you always have a packet of biscuity treats to enjoy.
And just look at what they sent me!
The package I received to sample contained seven packets of gorgeous looking biscuits – enough to last me a month. Clotted Cream Shortbread, All Butter Oaties, Chocolate Chip Cherry Cookies and Banoffee Oaties along with a few other choices. You get info on where each biscuit comes from and can be sure each one has been chosen by a true biscuit lover because they believe it’s one of the best biscuits in the country.
I have tried all of them now (yes, in just a few days) and I reckon it was the Orange Crunch biscuits that were my favourite this time – or maybe the Fruit Shortbread – hmmmm – yea I reckon the Fruit Shortbread from Irving’s Homestyle Bakery. I wonder what’s in the March delivery?! It costs £18 plus delivery each month and for that you get some amazing cookies.
It was a real luxury to have such nice biscuits in the house for snacking on, I could see myself getting used to having these, and can understand why the monthly subscription is a great idea. Not only do you always have biscuits in the house, but you also get to try some different biscuits you won’t be able to get in your local farm shop (and definitely not your local supermarket). It’s very tempting to subscribe myself but I think I might try to win first…
