I don’t think we’re going to get summer this year. It’s just rubbish that the longest period of nice weather we’ve had in 2012 was back in March. Ugh.
At least with the rain we can concentrate on boots such as Dr Martens. Oh how I love docs… I have the nicest pair of purple metallic ones that I wear way too much.
Recently I’ve seriously been wanting these black patent ones. I think they are just gorgeous. I’m totally loving the patent thing at the moment, and I reckon the shine gives these docs a fabulous look. I would love to rock them with leggins and a long tshirt, or see them poking out from underneath my favourite boyfriend jeans. I’m not sure I have an outfit I couldn’t wear them with – although I’m sure a few heads would turn if I didn’t choose carefully!
I could go for green or blue, or something really bright, maybe flowery. If funds allowed I’d have lots to choose from. But right now it’s these shiiiiiiny black ones that I want to be wearing.
So forget shoes… just give in and wear shiny boots and have happy dry feet!
