Review: Airwick Colours of Nature Reed Diffuser

Air fresheners have taken on a much more “designer” look over the last couple of years. Sprays have turned into plug-ins have turned into wooden-effect puffs of scent. This new Airwick product is a reed diffuser with balls of strong fragrance to fill your room with a vibrant scent, and I have been sent one to try out.

Airwick Reed Diffuser - Colours of Nature

I’ve had the Purple Blackberry Fig diffuser in my living room for a couple of weeks now, and my first comment is – wow it’s certainly a powerful scent! It’s nice, not chemically at all, but strong. It’s very fruity and that one little bottle of oil fills my living room with fragrance and shows no sign of fading. A bit too strong? Yes, quite probably, but it is pleasant and so Airwick get away with it!

I think it looks good, too. I like the shape of the bottle and have always liked the look of reed diffusers. It works on the bookcase in my living room but is equally fine on the window ledge in the kitchen as well as on the top of the cupboard in the bathroom. It has a much softer look than a plug-in or one of those sprays.

You can get these Airwick reed diffusers all over the place for £6.99.
