Today, in the world of BEDM, has been designated as “Self Care Sunday”.
My message is simple.
I urge you… take an hour for yourself today. Sixty whole minutes of whatever YOU want to do. Have a bath, bake a cake, go for a walk, paint your nails, do whatever feels like pampering to you. You might have to spend the rest of Sunday doing the ironing, cleaning the house, running errands, getting in a long training run or whatever else. But promise me you’ll take that hour and pamper yourself for a bit?
Life is all about the journey. Take care of yourself.
