Another pretty normal day for me, no additional exercise to bump up my steps, but not as much walking on the spot required in the evening. Really am getting there with the challenge now… hopefully I’ll have the 50,000 steps needed in the bag by the end of today and then everything at the weekend will be a bonus. 🙂
