Motorbike vs Normal Shoes

Dar over on Princess Scooterpie set a quick blog challenge to post a photo of your favourite bike and non-bike shoes/boots… it had to be done!

I have just the one pair of motorbike boots – my old Frank Thomas short boots. I have to get short boots – for some reason manufacturers fail to cater for the size of my calves in their standard height boots. Shame. Anyway, these Frank Thomas boots are now really rather leaky. I’ve been searching for a new pair for some time now, but just haven’t found anything that fits right that is also waterproof.

Here they are photographed with my favourite boots of the moment – my purple docs. Not exactly lady-like but very comfortable.

If I’m feeling more feminine, then these are my current favourite going-out shoes… the colour is just fabulous!
