With Splodz Blogz being my “everything blog” today’s [well, the 10th] BEDN topic is a rather difficult one. How can I write about “something different” when I already write about everything?
Well actually there is one topic I miss out. I had a twitter conversation with Keith Jones a little while ago who said he’d blog about cars if I wrote about everything else. Ha! He went and won the GoMW Breakthrough Blogger award Petroleum Vitae and is now a staff writer for Parkers which is rather splendid.
I kept my word – I have never featured a car here on Splodz Blogz. But now Keith is more than just a car blogger I saw this topic as an opportunity to tell you about the car I most want in the whole wide world.

This is a Jaguar E-Type Roadster (this is a 1967 model). Absolutely gorgeous. In green, of course. If I had all the money in the world I would definitely buy this car. The long sleek body, the spoked wheels, the piercing headlamps, the short screen providing that wind-in-your-hair moment.
I think it is simply stunning. So aesthetically pleasing. It is very natural and free flowing, curvaceous and very very cool; you can see the genes of race cars and notes of femininity all over it. There’s even one in the Museum of Modern Art in New York – an exhibit, a piece of art.
Of course it goes some too! Not that I’ve ever driven one. Did you know that when it launched it went twice as fast as a Ferrari? And cost half the price! See, I don’t always go for the most expensive items!
If you had any amount of money which car would you treat yourself to?
