I’ve been so tired this week after work I only managed to ride my bike on Monday and didn’t have enough energy until today.
Having said that, I think I over-did it this morning – I ended up feeling really sick and needing a snooze. I really pushed myself and shouldn’t have done – I should have taken it a bit slower. At least I added another 7 miles to my total!
So now I have 57 miles left to do by 28th May… still on track to meet my 100-mile challenge. The next three weeks are going to be really busy though, especially the weekends, so I’m gonna have to put in some extra effort to make sure I meet my target.
