The latest Summer Competition to end ran from Friday to Sunday and involved you doodling your summer dream and tweeting a pic to me. I love this sort of competition but it seems you’re not all so keen… only seven entries!
But hey, that made the odds pretty good on winning the two Daler Rowney sketch books that were on offer!
As you know this competition was judged. As promised the judge had no idea who did each doodle and was briefed to choose their favourite, so not necessarily the best.

And the reason for the win?
This doodle is slightly ironic in that they are asleep in bed at home dreaming of being asleep on a tropical island. Sounds like a great summer dream!
