So this year, at least the first few months of it, is all about getting fit and ready to run the Lincoln 10k again. So yesterday I went on my first jog for a few months. Today was a no-run day but I decided, seeing as I was home, to do a bit of wii fit instead.
I’m not sure how much using the wii fit will help me train for a 10km road race, but I know it helps with muscle tone, balance and general fitness – and the silly games are fun so it’s worth doing.
