Apparently I’m not supposed to actually enjoy eating Alpen, but the fact is I do. So when I fancy breakfast I tend to go for something like this. Well either this or Krave!

I love Alpen! Haven’t had it in ages. I’m a bit naughty
with cereal, I love sweet ones like maple and pecan. I know they’re
not good for you though especially for breakfast becasue of sugar
spikes. Alpen is much more wholesome without being boring like
wading through a bowl of bran flakes! :0)
