I was sent to the supermarket this afternoon to buy a couple of potatoes for baking – the instruction was to get the biggest one I could for my other half. So I did… mine was a quarter of the size! We had our baked potatoes with a tuna melt concoction including spring onion and red pepper. So yummy!
