I have to admit to being very worried at 10am as after two hours of wearing my pedometer I had done less than 1,000 steps. But thanks to a long walk at lunch time and netball in the evening I managed 14,022 steps on Monday.

Today might be more difficult, but I’m hoping that taking the long way round the office and going to a loo that’s further away than normal will help! I WILL get to 50,000 steps by Sunday – that’s the challenge I’ve been set at work!
