I knew that day 2 wasn’t going to be quite as active as day 1 – I had no netball planned for a start. It was a much more normal day really – sat at my desk at work all day, a walk into town at lunch time, and sat down at home in the evening. I did try and make an effort – I walked the long way round the office whenever I needed to get anything for example, and while I didn’t quite manage 10,000 steps I wasn’t far off and it has definitely helped towards the 50,000 I need to complete the work challenge.
